Shaolin Forms Program In this program, you will learn Martial Arts Essentials and Shaolin Forms from beginner to advanced level step by step(equivalent to Level 1 - Level 4 in the Black Belt Program). Course content 1. Wushu Handwork (Palm, Fist, Hook, etc) 2. Wushu Stances (Horse Stance, Bow Stance, Drop Stance, Empty Stance, T-Stance, Close Stance, and Setting Stance) 3. Kicks part 1 (Snap kick, Snap kick with punch, Push kick, and Push kick with palm) 4. Five Stance Form (Level 1 Form) 5. Strength and Balance Training, Waist Exercises, Jump Exercises, and Rollings techniques 6. Shaolin Lianhuan Quan (Level 2 Form) 7. Kicks part 2 (Front kick, Sidekick, Inside & Outside Kick, Diagonal kick, Slap kick, Sweep kick) 8. Shaolin Xiao Hong Quan (Level 3 Form) 9. Jump Kicks (Jump slap kick, Tornado kick, Outside jump Kick, and Butterfly kick /Xuan Zi ) 10. Shaolin Tong Bei Quan (Level 4 Form) Requirements No-Requirements The Shaolin Forms Program is equivalent to level 1 - Level 4 in the Black Belt program. There is no wushu equipment required for this program(ex. sword, staff…). To take this course you can have little to no martial arts experience. After finishing this program, you will be able to do the beginner to advanced level forms.
